Production & Pump Optimization
CG Provided engineering support and wellsite supervision to optimize production and pumping strategy for three wells in the Wetaskiwin Area.
CG converted two wells from pump jack to Progressive Cavity Pump. These pumps were installed and optimized for the wellbore conditions.
On the third well, CG converted it from pump jack to an Electronic Submersible Pump to optimize production.

Workovers for Oil Production Optimization
CG provided the engineering, regulatory and wellsite supervision support for three oil wells that had pump and rods pulled and tubing string flushed.
New pumps and rod string were ran back in the hole and the wells put back online.

Rod Change to Return Well to Production

Multiple Wellsite Pipeline Tie-ins
CG obtained landowner and regulatory approval to tie-in wells to the main infrastructure.
The pipeline was trenched in. Utilities were exposed by hydrovac and the pipeline was pulled underneath utilities.
The new pipeline was hot tapped into the existing line. New connections were X-rayed and yellow-jacketed.
The pipeline was pressure tested as per regulations, the trench was filled in, and the pipe was put online.

Reservoir Evaluation, Drilling & Completions Engineering, Maintenance & Production
CG completed extensive reservoir and potential reserves work for a smaller producer in the Steen River area.
CG then provided engineering, regulatory and wellsite supervision for the drilling and completion of Keg River horizontals.
Once the wells were drilled and completed, CG Engineering was responsible for the maintenance and production of these wells.

CG provided engineering, regulatory and wellsite supervision support for the drilling, completions, workovers and reentries on various heavy oil wells in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
Locations included sites in Alberta and Saskatchewan near Lloydminster, Mervin, Provost, and Kitscotty.
CG Engineering has also provided complete engineering, regulatory support and wellsite supervision for the drilling, completions and workovers of class II and class 1b disposal wells in this area.
